Windows 7 has this built-in utility which is basically used to configure ClearType, which is helpful in making the text much more readable on LCDs. To get to this utility, Go to Start Menu, Type ClearType in the search bar at the bottom of the Start Menu, from the search results, click on Adjust ClearType text utility.

If you are not comfortable with the text size of the website in your browser, simply press the Ctrl button and use the mouse Scroll button to zoom in or out the webpage. Another method is to press the Ctrl and + key to zoom in and Ctrl and - key to zoom out in a web page and if you want to restore back to default zoom size of web browser, press Ctrl and 0 key. Zoom option is also available in the View menu item in any web browser.
