You can either hide your unwanted apps from the Menu bar or place the extra or least used apps in the bartender menu. You can toggle on and off the view of Bartender by clicking on the Bartender icon or by using a shortcut key.
Secondbar
If you are using multiple monitors on your system then you won't be happy to have only one menu bar on your system. It will be very annoying to to move your cursor from switching your cursor to various windows screen and then manipulating your menu bar.
